CHIROPRACTIC CARE
First developed in 1895,
today Chiropractic is the largest drugless healing profession.

spinal cord, and millions of nerves. The brain is protected by
the skull, and the spinal cord is protected by the 24 movable
bones of the spine. Many everyday activities can cause these
spinal bones to lose their normal position. This can result in
nervous system dysfunction and ultimately ill health. The
chiropractic approach to better health is to detect, reduce, and
help prevent nervous system dysfunction.
PILATES FOR REHABILITATION
Pilates is an exercise regiment first developed for spinal rehabilitation in the early 20th century. Today, Pilates is considered to be the hottest body strengthening and conditioning methodology. The Pilates technique strengthens the core musculature, restores the primary and secondary curves of the spine while decompressing the muscles of the low back.
